What is the Creative Urban Institute?
We are a recently formed creative Think Thank founded by former University of Oregon's researchers in order to support Creative Cities.
Our just-released "coolness index", ranks towns with populations under 130,000, based on 13 factors that are inherently tied to the “digital native” lifestyle.
